The Tactile Children´s Book is published
Taktiles Kinderbuch Meine Stadt Addis Abeba und Leipzig
On May 11, the Tactile Children´s Book „My City Addis Abeba and Leipzig“ was presented to the public. About 300 interested visitors came to the Stadtbibliothek Leipzig. The books shows the lives of children with and without visual impairment in Leipzig and Addis Abeba. 250 volumes will be produced until the end of 2019. Most of them are given to inclusive institutions in Leipzig and Addis Abeba. Some are sold at the German Central Library for the Blind (DZB), Leipzig. City within the City continued
City within the city is a holiday game for children with and without disabilities. In Leipzig the game has been around for a long time. In Addis Ababa it took place for the third time in February 2020. The project was a great success.
